About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and fashion-forward individual to join our team as a Fashion Consultant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our luxury retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized fashion advice and styling services to customers, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our luxury brand offerings, including product features, benefits, and styling tips.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Contribute to the visual merchandising and presentation of our store, ensuring a cohesive and engaging shopping environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on the latest fashion trends and industry developments.
Requirements
  • Passion for fashion and a keen eye for style.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proven sales experience in a luxury retail environment, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
