Aufgabenbereich

Als Head of IT for Development und Innovation sind Sie verantwortlich für:

  • Die Leitung und Weiterentwicklung der IT-Strategien und Innovationen
  • Die Abteilungsleitung und die Förderung der Entwicklung von Potenzialen innerhalb Ihres Teams
  • Die Arbeit mit den Geschäftsbereichen zusammen und das Verständnis für Geschäftsabläufe in einem produzierenden Unternehmen
  • Die Planung und Implementierung passender IT-Anwendungen zur Optimierung und Automatisierung von Geschäftsprozessen
  • Die Integration und den Datenfluss zwischen den Anwendungen sicherzustellen
  • Das Management von Projekten und die Koordination interdisziplinärer und globaler Teams
Voraussetzungen

Wir erwarten von Ihnen:

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung von IT-Abteilungen sowie Führungskompetenzen
  • Fundierte Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, Prozessmanagement und in der Führung von Mitarbeiter*innen
  • Ein Verständnis von Geschäftsprozessen und Wertschöpfung in einem produzierenden Unternehmen
  • Umfangreiche Kenntnisse in PLM, ERP und MES
  • Ausgeprägte analytische und strategische Fähigkeiten sowie starke Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Proaktivität und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
