Procurement Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to join our supply chain management team. This is a full-time position based in Wiener Neudorf, Austria, and will involve working closely with our logistics teams to coordinate the transportation and delivery of products.

• You will support the buyer in processing orders, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring accurate records of purchases, deliveries, and stock levels.
• Your responsibilities will also include communicating with suppliers to confirm orders and delivery dates, resolving any issues that arise, and checking the quality of incoming products to ensure they meet our high standards.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of three years' experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, with good command of English and basic knowledge of German.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• A strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy of order fulfillment and documentation.
• Analytical and creative problem-solving skills to quickly resolve issues related to orders, shipments, and inventory.
