About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Security Engineer to join our Product Security Engineering team at Dynatrace Austria GmbH.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with engineering teams to ensure a market-leading security level in our product.
  • Identify and prioritize security issues, provide risk transparency, and support engineering teams in improving the security level of the product.
  • Automate and scale software security efforts throughout the organization to make software security both impactful and frictionless.
  • Maintain and drive the security strategy and roadmap in your area of responsibility.
Requirements
  • Minimum five years of professional experience as a Security Engineer or similar.
  • Strong understanding of Web Application Security, Cloud and Kubernetes Security, or Secure Coding.
  • Broad understanding of information security.
  • Ability to explain complex security topics and risks to a diverse set of stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with the security aspects of a secure development lifecycle (including threat modeling).
  • Experience with secure design principles, software development best practices, and security tools (e.g. SAST, DAST, vulnerability scanning, etc.).
  • Dev Sec Ops mindset.
