The Role

We are seeking a talented Sales Associate to join our team as a Muse II. As a Sales Associate, you will contribute to achieving store goals in sales, productivity, and service by utilizing Kate Spade selling skills and service training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet personal sales and productivity goals
  • Deliver service that meets or exceeds expectations
  • Represent Kate Spade to the consumer and act as an ambassador of the brand
  • Ensure customers' needs are consistently exceeded

Requirements

  • Very good English proficiency
  • Previous experience in a retail service environment
  • Background in working in luxury retail (desirable)
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff
