Senior IT Risk Specialist

Raiffeisen Bank International AG is seeking a skilled IT Risk Manager to drive the management of IT risks across the organization. As a key member of the Group IT Risk Management team, you will be responsible for evaluating risk levels, providing guidance on IT controls, and ensuring reporting quality.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate the risk levels of internal and third-party IT services and support the definition of corrective measures.
- Support reporting of IT risks to top management and regulators, ensuring high-quality reporting.
- Provide guidance for IT colleagues on the design, implementation, and testing of IT controls, adhering to international standards and regulatory requirements.
- Support the rollout and continuous improvement of IT controls across RBI Group.
- Maintain relationships with key partners within the business units and other governance units.
- Follow up on deficiencies identified in self-assessments, automated assessments, and internal and external audits to ensure appropriate remediation measures are taken.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in IT of banks/financial institutions, IT consulting, IT security, or 5+ years of experience in IT audit.
- Relevant certification is an asset (CRISC, CGEIT, CISA, COBIT, ITIL, etc.).
- Academic degree in IT, Technology, Business Administration, or relevant job experience.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Self-driven, independently working, and highly team-oriented personality.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability for independent decision-making and issue resolution.
