About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer and Product Owner to join our team at Dynatrace Austria GmbH. As a key member of our Davis Causal AI team, you will be responsible for owning core components and supporting the development team throughout the entire software development process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define user stories and prioritize the backlog in collaboration with the team and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure the team is fulfilling the definition of ready and meeting the definition of done.
  • Support the development team in delivering high-quality software solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive feature topics and ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements
  • Technical degree in Software Engineering or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in software development with Java (preferred) and Type Script/React (desired).
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and drive feature topics in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Fluent English language skills.
