Hotel Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Director (m/w/d) to lead our team at B.W. Parkhotel Hagenberg. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the overall operation of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and driving business growth.

• Lead and manage the hotel team, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the overall guest experience.
• Collaborate with the Regional Director to achieve business objectives and ensure alignment with company goals.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate financial planning and decision-making.
• Represent the hotel in a professional manner, building strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and external partners.

• Proven experience in hotel management, preferably in a similar role or with a strong background in hospitality.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
• Strong business acumen, with a focus on revenue growth, cost management, and operational efficiency.
• Fluent German and English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
• Knowledge of hotel operations, including rooms division, food and beverage, and revenue management.
