Austrian Airlines Ground Operations is responsible for safe and reliable passenger/aircraft handling in Vienna and all outstations. As our Operational Support Specialist, you will gain insight into various ground processes, including digitalization topics and data analysis.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support various digitalization topics, such as the further development of mobile devices.
  • Create a data basis for internal departmental analyses.
  • Work together with specialist departments on process KPIs.
  • Support projects and working groups, acting as an interface to Ground Operations.
  • Support short-term requests within the daily business.

Requirements:

  • You are enrolled for the entire duration of the internship (current certificate of enrollment must be enclosed with the application).
  • You have analytical and conceptual thinking skills and strategic understanding.
  • You have a high level of problem-solving skills.
  • You are interested in familiarizing yourself with unfamiliar areas of responsibility.
  • You are looking forward to a new challenge.
  • You are fluent in written and spoken German and English.
  • You are experienced in using MS Office applications and have advanced knowledge of Excel, knowledge of Tableau, Power BI or MS Access is an advantage.
  • You have an unrestricted work permit for Austria/European Union.
