Your Mission

As our Global Supply Chain Events Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of our events strategy. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Finding suitable events and negotiating conditions for our participation
  • Liaising with event organizers to ensure smooth execution of events, both self-hosted and external
  • Organizing all promotional material and assets for the event and compiling content during the event
  • Coordinating with speakers and controlling the quality of pitches and performances
  • Advocating for Prewave's core values by driving our mission and representing our vision in every event
  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1 year of experience in event and/or project management
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Excellent communication skills, commitment, and reliability
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • A structured and professional approach to work
