Our Carbon Calculation & Targeting team plays a crucial role in this initiative, responsible for developing and maintaining methodologies for greenhouse gas emissions calculations, decarbonization modeling, and target setting.
Your Role
- Contribute to the team's activities in carbon calculation and decarbonization modeling, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our data.
- Support the development and enhancement of our Carbon Calculation & Targeting framework, infrastructure, and simulation platforms.
- Collaborate with the team to design and implement portfolio-based decarbonization models and targets for selective industry portfolios.
Your Background
- Ongoing studies in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, environmental engineering, computer science, or physics.
- Proficient use of statistical programming languages, including SAS, R, or Python.
- Focused and analytically minded individual with a problem-solving mentality and excellent teamwork skills.
- Fluent in English, with knowledge of German and/or a CEE language an advantage.
