Senior Process Optimization Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Process Optimization Specialist to join our team in Vienna. As a key member of our Customer Lifecycle Servicing and Solutions unit, you will play a vital role in managing various processes for all customer segments.
Job Description- Design, document, and continuously improve end-to-end processes to provide exceptional experience for internal and external customers.
- Work closely with customers, end-users, product owners, and other process stakeholders to define desired outcomes for process improvements or digitalization.
- Act as a competent expert for complex inquiries from stakeholders, including customers, business partners, and service providers.
- Assure compliance of processes by conducting regular controls, reviews, and developing improvements to ensure adherence to legal frameworks.
- Monitor technological developments and evaluate their potential impact on processes.
- Be responsible for achieving defined targets (KPIs) for process improvements and digitalization.
- Contribute to the success and efficiency of processing units.
- Actively collect customer feedback to drive the re-design and enhancement of end-to-end processes.
- Create strategic plans for processes and ensure implementation considering all required components.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least five years' background in the banking industry, process improvement, or operations/sales, with a strong focus on corporate customers.
- Exceptional knowledge and understanding of corporate customer needs, KYC, account management, product setup, and legal requirements.
- Customer-oriented approach with excellent communication skills, enabling effective interaction with people in an intercultural and diverse environment.
- A structured and well-organized approach, with the ability to present complex topics in an understandable way to different stakeholders.
- Self-accountability and solution-oriented mindset, with a hands-on approach, positive entrepreneurial spirit, and willingness to accept challenges.
- Ability to follow technology trends and identify practical improvements.
