Job Title: Test Automation Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Test Automation Engineer to join our team at Dynatrace. As a Test Automation Engineer, you will play a key role in planning, executing, and enhancing testing strategies to align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and enhance testing strategies to align with business objectives
  • Coach and support development teams to adopt test-automation approaches and offerings
  • Continuously enhance the delivery process by fostering close collaboration with fellow teams and key stakeholders
  • Contribute to the improvement of our offerings by adopting state-of-the-art test automation approaches
  • Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continual skill advancement within the team

Requirements

  • Educational background in Software Engineering or a related technical field
  • Minimum of three years of experience in software testing
  • Experience in UI and API Test automation frameworks and a wide area of testing tools
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and/or TypeScript
  • Excellent coaching and communication skills
  • Expertise in Micro-Services testing is a plus
  • Background in security testing is a plus

Compensation and Rewards

  • Attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages
  • Minimum salary for this position is € 45,500 gross per year based on full-time employment (38.5 h/week), with a higher salary in line with qualification and experience
