We are seeking an experienced OT Security Specialist to join our Manufacturing IT team at MED-EL. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing security policies for our OT systems, identifying vulnerabilities and threats, and collaborating with other teams to ensure our OT systems meet the needs of the business.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Security Policies: Create and enforce security policies for our OT systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Identify Vulnerabilities and Threats: Conduct regular risk assessments and identify potential vulnerabilities and threats in our OT systems.
- Collaborate with Other Teams: Work closely with other teams to ensure our OT systems meet the needs of the business, including identifying and mitigating security risks.
- Configure and Manage Security Technologies: Configure and manage security technologies such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, antivirus, and anti-malware software.
- Experience: At least three years of IT or OT experience in an enterprise cybersecurity environment.
- Knowledge and Skills: Excellent knowledge of OT security practices and technologies, including IEC 62443 and SCADA security, as well as network security and cybersecurity.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex security issues and develop effective solutions.
- Communication and Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Language Skills: Very good English and German skills, both written and spoken.
