Job Summary:

The Head of HR Operations Services Austria, B&R Automation is responsible for leading the HR Operations team in Austria, providing strategic direction and ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR services to the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Direction: Develop and implement strategic direction for HR Operational Services, working closely with the global management team to drive business outcomes.
  • Technical and Disciplinary Management: Manage the front office team, providing technical guidance and support to ensure the delivery of HR services.
  • Subject Matter Expert: Act as a subject matter expert in HR Operations, working on complex problems and providing solutions to drive business outcomes.
  • Employee Life Cycle Management: Manage the employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding, ensuring compliance with HR processes and policies.
  • Compensation and Performance Management: Develop and implement compensation and performance management strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Payroll and Working Time Management: Manage payroll and working time, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Customer and Stakeholder Management: Work with customers and stakeholders to improve cooperation and performance, ensuring good working relationships.
  • Quality and Compliance: Ensure the highest quality standards, compliance with service level agreements, and adherence to legal and data protection regulations.

Requirements:

  • Completed Commercial Training: Completed commercial training, ideally with a focus on human resources.
  • Management Experience: Management experience, an advantage.
  • Austrian Labor Law: Knowledge of Austrian labor law, including social security, wage tax, working time, and rest laws.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in German and English.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel (10%).
  • Structured and Organized: Structured and organized way of working, with a high affinity for digitalization and process optimization.
  • Team Player: Proactive team player with strong argumentation and persuasion skills.
  • Task Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work in cross-functional teams.
