Key Responsibilities:
- Process Development: Develop and implement process improvements that support our business models and drive operational efficiency.
- Process Standardization: Create and maintain global standards for process documentation and ensure consistency across the organization.
- Change Management: Lead and support change management initiatives to drive process adoption and ensure a smooth transition to new processes.
- Process Expertise: Provide expert guidance and support to internal stakeholders on process-related matters and ensure that processes are aligned with business objectives.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage internal stakeholders and ensure that their needs are met through effective communication and process implementation.
Requirements:
- Operations Process Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of operations processes in SAP (ECC, S/4) and experience in an operative function within an area related to the process expertise.
- Analytical and Conceptual Thinking: Pronounced analytical and conceptual thinking skills, as well as coordination and organizational skills.
- Language Skills: Fluency in spoken and written German or English.
- Travel: Possibility and willingness to travel to local entities up to 30%.
