We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Lithography Expert. In this role, you will be responsible for the continuous optimization of e-beam mask writing processes through modelling, process simulation, and optimization of in-house mask development processes.

• Develop and implement process optimization strategies to improve e-beam mask writing processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new e-beam lithography processes
• Conduct analytical investigations and failure analysis in CMOS/MEMS process technology
• Operate fully automated high-precision measurement systems (electron beam, ion beam, light or mechanical based)
• Maintain and optimize equipment to ensure maximum uptime

• University degree in microsystems technology, physics, materials science, or a related field
• Several years of professional experience in e-beam lithography or a related field
• Strong technical knowledge of materials science and analytical techniques
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
