Job Responsibilities:

  • Platform Development and Operations: Implement, develop, maintain, and operate our cyber defense platform in line with our requirements and standards.
  • Collaboration and Innovation: Work together with security analysts to develop new use cases and improve our capabilities, with a focus on active innovation and risk benefit analysis.
  • Tooling Rollouts and Quality Assurance: Plan and execute rollouts of new tooling, ensuring stakeholder requirements are met and quality checks are performed to guarantee a smooth implementation.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance of our toolset in scope of various audits and identify potential security risks, forwarding them to the necessary authorities.
  • Documentation and Adaptation: Maintain up-to-date documentation and adapt services based on self-driven recommendations and user requirements.
  • Team Collaboration and Feedback: Contribute proactive ideas in team matters and decisions, support an open feedback culture, and a forward-looking error culture.

About You:

  • Professional Experience: At least 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in a security operation center.
  • Education and Certifications: Successfully completed studies (computer science, information security, IT security, cybersecurity) or comparable training, with industry certifications (CISSP/CISN, SANS GIAC, C.E.H.) considered a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Sound experience in using SIEM solutions, XDR, EDR, NDR, and PAM, with technical knowledge of products (Splunk, SentinelOne, Proofpoint, Cyberark) and expertise in network security (VPN, firewall, web server security, and Cloud).
  • Soft Skills: Precise, responsible mindset, reliability, ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly, with very good presentation and moderation skills.
