Automotive Paint Technician Apprentice

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Automotive Paint Technician Apprentice (w/m/d) to join our team at Porsche Leoben. As a key member of our paint shop team, you will be responsible for applying high-quality finishes to vehicles, evaluating body damage, repairing metal parts, and performing assembly and disassembly tasks.

• Apply paints and coatings to vehicles, ensuring excellent finish quality.
• Evaluate and assess body damage to determine necessary repairs.
• Repair metal parts, restoring them to their original condition.
• Perform assembly and disassembly tasks with precision and attention to detail.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A positive completion of compulsory education.
• Excellent visual skills, including a strong sense of color and attention to detail.
• Fine motor skills and manual dexterity.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to learn quickly.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
