Dedalus Healthcare GesmbH: Technical Account Manager for RIS/PACS Solutions

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Account Manager to join our team at Dedalus Healthcare GesmbH.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in RIS/PACS solutions, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading provider of healthcare and diagnostic software in Europe.
Job Summary
As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with customers and prospects, providing technical expertise and support, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners through regular communication and on-site visits
- Provide expert technical guidance and support to customers, including product training and troubleshooting
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring that customer needs are met and exceeded
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, including product development and marketing teams, to ensure alignment and effective collaboration
Requirements
- University degree in a relevant field, such as computer science or healthcare informatics
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the healthcare IT industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Strong technical expertise in RIS/PACS solutions, with knowledge of industry standards and best practices
- Proven track record of success in a sales or account management role, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
