Your responsibilities at RBI
Provide advisory support in corporate financial distress scenarios through comprehensive financial assessments, collaborating with stakeholders such as consultants, legal advisors, and financing partners. This involves: Evaluating business frameworks and financial health to pinpoint critical issues. Developing and maintaining financial models and crafting risk mitigation strategies to assist clients and reduce bank losses. Regularly reviewing the bank's risk and collateral standings in distressed lending cases. Participate in monitoring, reporting, and aiding early risk intervention strategies. Contribute to process innovation in recovery strategies through digital advancements and data analytics, and engage in cross-departmental projects. Remain informed on regulatory changes affecting non-performing exposures (NPEs) and risk management, assisting with workout-related stakeholder inquiries.
