Tax Manager: Advanced Accounting Expert

Key Responsibilities:

  • As a seasoned tax professional, you will advise our Austrian subsidiaries on all tax-related matters, focusing on corporate tax law, value-added tax, and customs duties.
  • Using your expertise in international tax law and transfer pricing documentation, you will contribute to project-specific tax consulting and ongoing tax services.
  • You will collaborate with the Tax Reporting team to prepare the group's consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS and participate in Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR) and the global minimum tax (Pillar II) initiatives.
  • In your role as a liaison between tax and other corporate functions (e.g., Sales, Accounting, Treasury), you will also engage with regulatory areas such as export control.
  • Your responsibilities will also include the ongoing development and monitoring of the tax control system.

Requirements:

  • A Master's degree in Taxation or a related field with a specialization in tax law.
  • Either a certified tax advisor or currently in the process of obtaining the certification.
  • Proven experience in tax consulting or within an international corporate environment, preferably with a minimum of 3 years.
  • Excellent written and spoken skills in both German and English.
  • An analytical, structured, and results-driven work approach, coupled with strong MS Office skills.
