Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our Business Area Film team. The successful candidate will be responsible for financial planning, product decisions, and financial analysis, working closely with various departments to drive business growth.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial planning processes, including annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
  • Participate in product decisions to maximize business health.
  • Create ad-hoc reports and KPI analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Present financial information to stakeholders during monthly Controlling meetings.
  • Support the green light process for product investment decisions.
  • Own the P&L and Balance Sheet, working with various departments on monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
  • Bring local GAAP financials to IFRS and support the Consolidation team on group closing.
  • Collaborate with external auditors on year-end reporting.
  • Support the integration of new acquired film companies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Studies with a focus on controlling/accounting.
  • Excellent understanding of numbers, analytical thinking skills, and good accounting knowledge.
  • Proficiency in Excel, with knowledge of SAP an advantage.
  • Good German and English language skills.
