Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Electronics Test Engineer to join our team at Magna Powertrain. As a key member of our hardware testing team, you will be responsible for testing and validating drive systems for future electric and hybrid vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement test plans and procedures for hardware testing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure test requirements are met
  • Develop and maintain test setups and adapters for PCBs and inverters
  • Conduct electrical and mechanical tests to verify circuit functionality
  • Support manufacturing partners worldwide with testing and validation
  • Document and analyze test results to inform product development
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field
  • Proven experience in hardware testing and validation
  • Strong understanding of automotive engineering requirements
  • Proficiency in Python, Doors, Matlab, PSPICE, and Labview
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Fluency in German and English
