This position involves the strategic identification and pursuit of new business avenues within the pharmaceutical sector, specifically focusing on our Biogel surgical gloves product line.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expand and enhance the B2B market segment, with an emphasis on clean room applications
  • Foster and maintain relationships with essential clean room distributors across the DACH region
  • Develop comprehensive business strategies and cases aimed at driving growth in the B2B and clean room markets
  • Analyze and optimize the profitability of the commercial customer portfolio
  • Build and nurture connections with Key Opinion Leaders in the clean room industry
  • Oversee pricing strategies to ensure sustainable profitability
  • Advocate for and represent company products from both clinical and commercial viewpoints
  • Project sales performance and keep abreast of market trends

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the pharmaceutical or clean room sectors
  • Demonstrated success in account management and procurement

  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
  • Proficiency in both German and English; knowledge of French is advantageous
