We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to join our team at Dedalus, a leading provider of healthcare solutions.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement product roadmaps and strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and development, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform product development and improve customer experience.
  • Work closely with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to gather requirements, provide guidance, and ensure product compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement of products to meet evolving customer needs and market demands.
  • Lead business analyst efforts to ensure effective product development and implementation.
  • Contribute to a dynamic and collaborative team environment that fosters open communication and knowledge sharing.
  • Motivate and support team members to achieve individual and team goals.

Requirements:

  • Medical Science or Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the oncology department of a German hospital or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Subject matter expertise in oncology and related domains.
  • Market knowledge in the oncology IT sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage complex projects and conflicting inputs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven individual with a strong business acumen and team player attitude.
  • Excellent German and English language skills.
  • Self-management skills and a self-starter attitude.
  • Mathematics and statistics knowledge is a plus.
