Financial Controller

We're seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join our team, someone who shares our passion for progress and growth.

This position plays a crucial role in controlling processes, preparing decision bases for management, and collaborating with project managers. You'll be responsible for:

• Closing and planning process control
• Variance analysis
• Decision base preparation for corporate planning and controlling
• Sparring partner for project and division managers
• Ongoing improvement of system and process landscapes, as well as evaluation and optimization of operational financial processes

You will also contribute to local and international projects, working closely with colleagues to drive results.

We're looking for someone with commercial studies (FH or university) in controlling, finance, or accounting, or comparable training. First-hand experience in controlling, preferably in an international environment, is a plus. SAP knowledge in FI/CO is also advantageous, along with high IT affinity.

A very good command of English is required, while a good command of German is an added benefit. We value strong analytical skills, process orientation, initiative, and commitment in our ideal candidate.

We're offering a competitive salary of €50,180 gross per year, according to the collective agreement for the metal industry. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, we can offer an attractive and performance-related salary with corresponding overpayment.
