Job Requirements

We're looking for a highly skilled Business Consultant for Financial Institutions to join our team as a Senior Business Consultant – ITS. As a key member of our implementation team, you'll be responsible for contributing to the success of our projects by providing expertise in treasury management and risk mitigation.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Project Implementation

As a Senior Business Consultant – ITS, you'll assume hands-on project implementation duties in all phases of the ITS implementation, working closely with the Project Manager and other team members to ensure seamless delivery.

Client Support

You'll serve as the client's principal point of contact for consultation and expert advice, providing guidance on industry trends, product knowledge, and best practices to ensure their business needs are met.

Solution Design

With deep knowledge in treasury management and risk mitigation, you'll provide input on solution design, identifying areas for improvement and recommending innovative solutions to meet client objectives.

Knowledge Sharing

As a subject matter expert, you'll share your knowledge and experience with colleagues, helping to drive business growth and improvement through training, coaching, and mentoring.

Skills Required

  • Deep knowledge in the Treasury business with one or more of the following areas:
  • Cash Management: bank connectivity, bank statement reconciliation, pooling & sweeping, cash position.
  • Payments: payment processing and workflows, payment formats, on-behalf payments, payment factory.
  • Funding & Debt: short-term debt, long-term debt, trade finance, credit lines.
  • Investments: money market deposits & funds, capital markets & equities.
  • In-house banking: intercompany loans, internal trading, multilateral netting.
  • Risk Management: foreign exchange, interest rate derivatives, valuations, hedging, counterparty risk, scenario analysis, value at risk.
  • Treasury experience with hands on TMS knowledge advantageous, preferably with, but not limited to, ITS.
  • 5+ years Industry/systems experience.
  • Ability to work as part of a project team structure.
  • Ability to work onsite at client locations.
  • German: native speaker.
  • English: full proficiency.
