Process Engineering Specialist

The position encompasses the thorough development, strategic organization, and implementation of a cohesive strategy aimed at achieving economical mass production of cutting-edge products at specified manufacturing sites.
Key Responsibilities
Manufacturing Management:
Oversee and coordinate project-specific activities throughout all planning stages, including prototypes, pre-series, and full-scale production.
Process Validation:
Evaluate and apply suitable manufacturing techniques, methodologies, and operational protocols.
Risk Evaluation:
Examine and assess potential assembly and testing hazards, establishing effective mitigation strategies.
Process Specifications:
Identify and document critical process specifications, ensuring the creation and maintenance of production documentation.
Make-or-Buy Evaluation:
Perform comprehensive assessments to determine the most effective sourcing strategies.
Ongoing Improvement:
Recognize, plan, and implement timely enhancements in serial production.
Cost Oversight:
Monitor projected manufacturing costs and necessary capital expenditures.
Qualifications
Strong technical and analytical capabilities.
Thorough understanding of production workflows and methodologies.
Familiarity with REFA and MTM techniques.
Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate clearly.
Proficiency in the German language at a minimum B2 level.
