Join Ribbon Bio as a Key Player in Customer Success

We are seeking an experienced Sales Experience Coordinator to guide our customers through the entire buying process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the end-to-end customer experience, applying knowledge of customer situations, company processes, financial requirements, order delivery timetables, and compliance requirements related to customer sales activities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers to receive and resolve customer sales/service issues for local, international, multi-country, and/or multi-regional accounts.
  • Support the collection, input, and review of customer data and voice of customer feedback into CRM and adjacent quality/support systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a business or life science discipline (business administration, finance, biology, molecular biology, biochemistry, genetics/genomics, genome engineering, etc.)
  • Proficient in the basic use of Windows or Mac Operating Systems including Microsoft Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint)
  • Knowledge/experience using CRM and/or complaint management software a plus
  • Strong typing/data entry skills required
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken)

Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. Additionally, you will be entitled to a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
