Job Summary

At Cytiva, we're seeking a skilled Senior Contract Negotiator to join our team. As a key member of our commercial contracts team, you'll play a crucial role in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial customer agreements. Your expertise will help us build strong relationships with our clients and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial customer agreements, including sales contracts, amendments, reseller agreements, and pricing agreements.
  • Interpret internal or external business issues and recommend innovative solutions and best practices.
  • Assess and lead initiatives to improve contracting processes and tools.
  • Train and advise commercial teams on agreement structure, templates, risks, and alternatives.
  • Ensure compliance to the contracts approval policy and other company policies.

Requirements
  • Possess a law degree.
  • Have 2+ years' experience with commercial contract review, redlining, and drafting, including local, regional, and global agreements.
  • Have 2+ years' experience with contract negotiations and external client engagement.
  • Demonstrable experience using sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgment and identify innovative contract solutions.
  • Possess advanced writing and communication skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • English language fluency.
