Art Director for EMEAL Content Graphics Team

Job Description

At LinkedIn, we're seeking an Art Director to lead our EMEAL Content Graphics Team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing a team of motion graphics designers focused on instructional visual design for our LinkedIn Learning online courses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of motion graphics designers to ensure high-quality instructional visual design for our online courses.
  • Develop team skills and provide guidance on design style guides for courses.
  • Schedule courses across international languages and provide scope assessment for the graphics team.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across different time zones to improve or build new workflows and resolve issues.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience working in a video production environment.
  • 3+ years of experience managing large design projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • 2+ years of people management experience.
  • Experience guiding the design of informational graphics or instructional graphics.
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe After Effects.
