Responsibilities:

• Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional customer service, anticipate and respond to customer needs, and create a positive shopping experience.
• Store Presentation and Sales Floor: Maintain a visually appealing store environment, ensure product displays are attractive and well-stocked, and maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization.
• Communication: Develop strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and management, communicate effectively, and actively listen to feedback and concerns.
• Asset Protection and Shrink: Protect company assets, prevent shrinkage, and maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Policies and Procedures: Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and employee conduct expectations.
• Training and Development: Participate in training programs, learn new skills, and take on additional responsibilities to advance your career.
