Job Responsibilities

You will be part of our stable and adaptable Global Quality Department, where you'll play a key role in ensuring our products and projects meet the highest quality standards. To succeed in this position, you will collaborate with various departments within the company and demonstrate resilience under pressure.

  • Product Development Support: You will support product development projects by defining quality targets, planning tests, and ensuring specifications are explicit and SMART. You will also communicate project goals and timelines effectively with cross-functional team members and perform target performance comparisons.
  • Quality Process Support and Optimization: You will contribute to product development teams using a milestone-based development process (PCP) and moderate quality-relevant methods, such as lessons learned, Risk Management, FMEA, etc. You will ensure compliance with relevant norms, standards, legal directives, and release products/manufacturing based on test results.
  • Quality Sensing and Project Feedback: You will collect and structure customer feedback, provide input to relevant departments, consolidate learnings and complaints, and perform structured root cause analysis. You will also conduct ongoing review measures.
  • Reporting, Claim Management, and Further Support: You will support quality reporting, report quality KPIs, handle claims, define mitigation actions, and support back desk and customer care in complex claims.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A technical education with a focus on electrical or mechanical engineering, or an equivalent background with a strong sense of quality.
  • A bachelor's degree (BSc.)
  • At least 2 years of work-related experience as a Quality Engineer.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of IT systems and tools, preferably SAP.
  • Knowledge of Quality Tools/Six Sigma or equivalent would be advantageous.
  • An analytical and problem-solving mindset, with a structured approach to prioritizing tasks.
  • The ability to learn and grow in a dynamic environment, take initiative, and communicate confidently with customers and colleagues.
