Financial Management Specialist

About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to provide financial management and advisory services to the IAEA's departments and programmes. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing financial analysis and advice to support programme planning and budgeting
- Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Providing training and capacity-building to staff on financial management
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A university degree in public or business administration, finance or a related field
- A minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in financial management and advisory services
- Excellent knowledge of financial and budgetary procedures and techniques
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The IAEA offers a competitive remuneration package, including a tax-free annual net base salary, variable post adjustment, dependency benefits, rental subsidy, education grant, relocation and repatriation expenses, and other benefits.
