Job Description Summary

Novartis is seeking an experienced QA Operations Specialist to join our team in Kundl, Austria. As a key member of our QA Group, you will play a critical role in releasing high-quality products and contributing to the company's mission to reimagine medicine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct timely batch record reviews of production records in accordance with GMP and Data Integrity guidelines.
  • Provide QA oversight of production activities, including compounding and filling of drug products.
  • Perform routine documentation activities and support exception investigations.
  • Collaborate in continuous improvement projects to enhance quality and efficiency.
Requirements
  • University degree in a scientific or technological field (e.g., Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, Biochemistry).
  • Fluent in German and good written and spoken English skills.
  • Good knowledge of GMP and experience in pharmaceutical Quality Control or Quality Assurance departments.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and other standard IT applications.
