About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Help Desk Technician to join our team in Salzburg, Austria. As an IT Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of IT-related activities such as IT infrastructure, desk-side support, client management, and maintaining IT service levels.
You will act as an interface between business and core IT teams, ensuring that IT standards are followed and executed. Your duties will include assisting in new IT roll-out and integration of business applications, helping end-users with office software & hardware related issues, and addressing IT-specific issues and problems.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with various teams and stakeholders, leveraging your technical expertise to resolve complex issues and improve overall system performance.
As a Technical Support Professional, you will be expected to provide exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and German language. You must have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.
With a strong educational background or 5 years equivalent experience in a relevant field, you will bring valuable knowledge and skills to our team. We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of €55,000 per year, plus additional benefits.

Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, help desk, or technical support
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German language
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) framework
