Java Performance Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Performance Optimization Specialist to join our Cluster Performance Engineering Team at Dynatrace. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving the performance of our Dynatrace Platform.
Key Responsibilities- Performance Analysis and Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and optimize the performance of our Dynatrace Platform in collaboration with development teams.
- Scalability and Resilience: Contribute to non-functional requirements to improve the scalability and resilience of our Dynatrace Platform.
- Continuous Performance Testing: Ensure end-to-end continuous performance test coverage.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work with our Site Reliability Engineering colleagues to analyze problems in production and improve our automation framework for performance- and load-testing.
- Technical Background: Technical studies related to Information Technology, Computer Science, or similar.
- Experience: Experience in Java backend software development and Linux system engineering with a cloud native mindset.
- Technical Skills: Expertise with some of the following technologies is beneficial: Cloud Technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), Docker, Kubernetes, Apache Kafka, Apache Cassandra, Gatling, Jenkins.
- Performance Optimization: Basic knowledge of load-testing, performance diagnosis, and Java profiling is an advantage.
- Passion for Performance: Passion for performance optimization.
