Your Role

As a Senior Code Module Developer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our .NET Agent, a fundamental component of the Dynatrace Platform for the automatic instrumentation of .NET applications. With over 1.2 million .NET Agents deployed, you will contribute to monitoring vital customer applications and platforms.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop solutions for performance and availability monitoring using .NET.
  • Collaborate with C# and C++ programming languages.
  • Analyze and comprehend the inner workings of prevalent frameworks through debugging and investigation.
  • Explore beyond standard frameworks with a profound understanding of IL code execution and garbage collection.
  • Independently design and implement new features, taking ownership of your contributions.
  • Engage in close collaboration with both local and international development teams.

Candidate Profile

  • Several years of experience as a Senior Software Engineer, primarily with C#/.NET, and intermediate knowledge of C++.
  • Strong understanding of C# and its core packages.
  • Familiarity with the workings of the .NET runtime.
  • Experience with tools such as CorProfiler, BenchmarkDotNet, and ILSpy.
  • A passion for developing high-performance algorithms and utilizing cutting-edge technologies.
  • A detail-oriented mindset while maintaining a holistic view of the ecosystem.

Compensation and Benefits
