We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled lawyer to lead our Trademark Clearance Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling and coordinating trademark prosecution matters worldwide for Red Bull Gruppe and its affiliated companies in over 200 jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:

Law and Policy: The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Trademark Prosecution: Handling and coordinating trademark prosecution matters worldwide for Red Bull Gruppe and its affiliated companies
  • Intellectual Property Law: Providing expert advice on intellectual property law and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Team Management: Managing a team of legal professionals and providing guidance and support as needed
  • Communication: Developing and maintaining effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including colleagues and management
  • Problem-Solving: Identifying and resolving complex problems and issues related to trademark prosecution and intellectual property law

Requirements: To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • Strong Experience: At least 5-7 years of experience in intellectual property law, specifically in international trademark searches and clearances
  • Expertise: Expert knowledge of international trademark law and the ability to apply it in a practical context
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team of legal professionals
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
