Are you passionate about the life sciences industry? Do you have a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills? We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Product Data Management (PDM) team.

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for working closely with functional and IT teams to define wing-to-wing system requirements, implement standard processes, and optimize process flows. You will support functional teams in product data management related matters, including W2W issue analysis and resolution with attention to urgency.

You will create and maintain user documentation & training material and deliver training to business users. In addition, you will perform analysis and extracting/loading activities related to data migration, collaborate with global IT to develop, test and deliver system enhancements and defect fixes, and perform analysis of data consistency across systems.

This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

About the Role:

  • Defining wing-to-wing system requirements and implementing standard processes
  • Supporting functional teams in product data management related matters
  • Creating and maintaining user documentation & training material
  • Performing analysis and extracting/loading activities related to data migration
  • Collaborating with global IT to develop, test and deliver system enhancements and defect fixes
  • Performing analysis of data consistency across systems

Responsibilities:

  • Solving complex problems in a fast-paced environment
  • Working effectively in a cross-functional team environment
  • Communicating technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports
  • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or Life Sciences or similar
  • Background from R&D/Engineering/Product Development
  • Strong analytical skills with an interest to understand and interpret customer business needs
  • Experience working with PLM or ERP systems
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
  • Fluency in English both written & oral communication
