Job Title: Senior Code Module Developer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Code Module Developer to join our team at Dynatrace. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for implementing changes, improvements, and new features for our Java Agent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop performance and availability monitoring solutions using Java
  • Work primarily with Java and some C++
  • Analyze and gain an understanding of the inner workings of common frameworks through debugging and interrogation
  • Design and implement new features independently (Feature Ownership)
  • Collaborate with local and international development teams

Requirements

  • Several years of experience as a Senior Software Engineer with Java (priority) and C++ experience (nice-to-have)
  • Sound knowledge of Java including core packages, third-party libraries (Spring, Kafka, Apache etc.) and App servers (Tomcat)
  • Understanding of the Java Virtual Machine
  • Ability to develop high-performant algorithms and work with latest technologies
  • Team player with a willingness to learn innovative technologies

Compensation and Rewards

  • Minimum salary for this position is € 56,000 gross per year based on full-time employment, with a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience
