Your expertise in designing and developing test systems will be instrumental in helping us push our technology to its limits while collaborating with a team of innovators.
Key Responsibilities

- Design innovative test systems that explore performance under extreme conditions">
- Develop and design advanced power electronic circuits through simulations and concept studies">
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather and manage system requirements effectively">
- Transform designs into hardware, overseeing the complete implementation process, and supervising the manufacturing phase">
- Evaluate and validate designs within an industrial laboratory setting">
- Lead stress testing using both established and newly developed test systems">
- Document designs, concepts, and results with clarity and precision">
Requirements
">To succeed in this role, you will need:
- ">
- Master's / PhD in Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field">
- Strong expertise in SPICE and system-level simulations of power electronic circuits">
- Proven experience in PCB design using industry-standard tools like ALTIUM Designer">
- Practical experience with power electronic hardware design, from concept to laboratory validation">
- Excellent communication skills in English and/or German">
- The ability to lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative workspace">
