Raiffeisen Bank International AG is a leading bank in Central and Eastern Europe, serving over 17 million customers across Austria and 12 other countries. We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Tracking Professional to join our Marketing Technology team, who will be responsible for implementing and managing web and mobile tracking solutions for data collection, as well as setting up web analytics platforms and related measurement tools.

About Us

As a Digital Tracking Professional, you will develop technical instructions for developers based on project briefs and specifications, serve as the technical contact for measurement implementation requests, and act as a consultant for the Group marketing team and other units on web and mobile analytics topics. You will analyze online user behavior and customer journeys to deliver actionable insights, test, validate, optimize, and troubleshoot tagging and collection implementations.

You will have a strong understanding of web and browser technologies and web APIs, as well as proficiency with web analytics platforms and web measurement tools, especially the Google Tech Stack (Google Analytics 4, Google Cloud, Google Tag Manager).

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing technical instructions for developers based on project briefs and specifications.
  • Serving as the technical contact for measurement implementation requests.
  • Acting as a consultant for the Group marketing team and other units on web and mobile analytics topics.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with tag management systems in web and mobile app environments.
  • Ability to read and edit JavaScript code, HTML, and CSS.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure, test, and refine.
