Senior Product Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Owner to join our team at Tractive. As a key member of our product organization, you will be responsible for driving the development of software solutions that support our internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Create and maintain software solutions that support the day-to-day work of Tractive's internal stakeholders.
- Support and enhance the way our products move from the factory to the customer and back.
- Research, define concepts, document product requirements, and provide written business requirements and user stories as needed.
- Manage initiatives on a company level and break them down into work packages oriented toward team development.
- Prioritize backlog items according to their user and business values in collaboration with engineering team members.
- Monitor the performance of our products and correlate that with desired business and user outcomes.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify opportunities for improvement of our products and services.
- Minimum 3-5 years of product ownership/product management experience.
- Technical education and proven experience in driving software development projects.
- Experience with and solid knowledge of digital products.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach.
- Very good English skills.
- A passion for the latest in (pet) tech.
We offer a competitive salary based on qualification and experience, with an annual gross salary starting at 55,000 full-time. Additionally, we offer a 4-day work week with a 3-day weekend.
