Job Title: Tax Support Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Tax Support Officer to join our Group Securities Services team at Erste Group Bank AG. As a Tax Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing tax support to our clients and colleagues, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and laws.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide tax support to clients and colleagues, including tax planning, tax compliance, and tax consulting.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of tax returns, tax reports, and other tax-related documents.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including tax professionals, accountants, and lawyers, to ensure tax compliance and minimize tax risks.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws, regulations, and industry developments, and apply this knowledge to provide tax support to clients and colleagues.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in tax support, tax compliance, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex tax issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
