Junior Legal Counsel

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Legal Counsel to join our team at Oehweb, playing a crucial role in managing our legal needs, including contract reviews, compliance, and governance within our organization and other areas of our business.

Your Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in reviewing and drafting legal documents, including contracts, agreements of any kind, and regulatory filings – in German and English.
2. Ensure that all contracts protect the company's interests and comply with applicable legal standards.
3. Maintain and manage a streamlined contract management system, ensuring timely renewals and updates.
4. Assist in developing and maintaining corporate governance frameworks, ensuring robust oversight of the company's operations and investments.
5. Conduct thorough legal research on issues relevant to our company and projects, providing clear, actionable advice.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study, such as Law, Business Law, or equivalent work experience.
• Very good organizational skills and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
• Excellent communicator.
• Ability to analyze, structure, and design complex processes.
• Self-reliant working mode, proactive attitude, and pragmatic thinking.
• Innate attention to detail and self-starter mentality.
• Fluent in English and German.
