Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have experience in operational investment controlling, monthly reporting, and collaboration on the development of the reporting system. Additionally, they should be proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational investment controlling for our global subsidiaries to ensure accurate financial data.
  • Monthly reporting to the management team on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with the IT department to develop an efficient reporting system that meets the needs of the organization.
  • Support the preparation of financial statements (IFRS) to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in mergers and acquisitions activities and integration processes to maintain seamless business operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or law.
  • Familiarity with accounting, corporate law, and/or tax law principles.
  • Fluency in German and English languages.
  • Analytical skills and hands-on experience with MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong IT affinity and a hands-on mentality to adapt to changing business needs.
