Company Overview

Red Bull's Global Research Team is seeking a Sustainability Trailblazer to spearhead high-impact projects within our operations.

As a key member of our team, you will tackle sustainability challenges head-on and refine our life cycle assessment process, instrumental in steering us towards our ambitious net-zero targets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting Life Cycle Assessments (LCAs) on diverse materials and processes.
  • Managingsupplier requests and validating data with precision.
  • Conducting in-depth research on sustainability topics and regulatory frameworks.
  • Managing and supporting projects within the Global Research Team.
  • Raising ideas and highlighting areas of improvement to increase innovation.

Requirements include:

  • Master's degree in environment and bioresources management, nutritional sciences, biotechnology, chemistry, technical chemistry, process engineering, or a similar field.
  • 5 years experience in sustainability and/or innovation management.
  • Proven experience in managing innovative sustainability projects in the FMCG industry.
  • Experience in conducting LCAs and a holistic understanding of Operations/Supply Chain processes.
  • Strong analytical mind with the ability to take fact-based decisions.
  • Natural curiosity with the ability to quickly identify important scientific questions.

Additional information:

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,605 gross per month. Our compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is significantly above the stated minimum salary.
