Job Description

We are seeking a talented Jira Cloud Expert to join our team at Dynatrace, a leading software company. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in supporting our internal agile framework and driving solutions that improve collaboration and reporting.

Your role at Dynatrace

  1. Work closely with stakeholders and the team to identify the needs that Jira/Confluence can satisfy.
  2. Design solutions with the team on how Jira/Confluence can enable our R&D organization.
  3. Maintain excellent communication within the team and all parties involved.
  4. Take end-to-end ownership of implementation changes, ensure their go-live, and monitor their success.
  5. Provide support to the organization on a daily basis.
  6. Cooperate with Atlassian and vendors on support requests and license adjustments.
  7. Implement security measures to protect Dynatrace from data leakage.
  8. Drive changes to how we use Jira/Confluence to maintain a reasonable level of maintenance.

Qualifications

  1. Experience in Jira/Confluence administration or support.
  2. Technical studies related to Computer Science or similar experience.
  3. At least 5 years of experience in software development and/or software support/administration.
  4. Practical experience in Jira/Confluence use.
  5. Atlassian Certifications would be an advantage.
  6. Strong communication skills.
  7. Teamwork experience.
  8. Openness and efficiency in dealing with partners and working across various locations and countries.
  9. Good English skills.

Compensation and rewards

We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 56,000 gross per year based on full-time employment (38.5 h/week). We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
